Honey is a humectant, which attracts and retains water. Honey is excellent for moisturizing, wrinkles, prevent aging skin, has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties which give it healing power to the skin. Honey has antioxidant properties which play an important role in protecting the skin from ultraviolet damage,  fight infections below the skin's top layer by unclogging pores and drawing out impurities, and much more....


Honey Skin Softening Bath

Add 1/4 cup of Pure Honey to your warm bath water, soak for 20 to 30 minutes for a fragrant, softening and silky bath.






Pawpaw is high in Vitamin A, which is essential in the production and maintenance of healthy skin on and throughout the body. It  also contains Vitamin C, which rejuvenates damaged skin and boosts skin cell turnover, has antiseptic properties that also helps with eczema and other skin conditions, improves inflammation, and heals skin bacteria infections.


Pawpaw Fruit For Glowing Skin And Acne

Rub the inside of the Pawpaw on your skin for a glow; or use the juice of the entire fruit for pimples, whiteheads, and acne.





Garlic For Stronger Nails


Chop up some fresh Garlic, throw it in a bottle of top coat,  let the Garlic soak in the polish for a week, start using it as normal, when doing a manicure. It makes your nails stronger and also has anti fungal and antimicrobial properties
.





Sake is high in kojic acid and enzymes that soften skin and help reduce hyper-pigmentation


Take a hot shower first to cleanse yourself, then pour 2 Quarts of Sake into a hot tub and relax for 30 minutes. It will make your radiant, soft, and is excellent in drawing out toxins from the body. (speak with your Physician first before doing a Sake bath if you have any skin conditions or High Blood Pressure)





Yogurt Salt And Yeast Acne Facial Scrub (Salt is an excellent Exfoliant)


Mix 2 1/4 teaspoons of  Plain Yogurt1 1/2 teaspoon of Fine Salt, and 1 teaspoon of Brewer’s Yeast, gently massage the mixture into your skin for 2 minutes, then rinse with warm water and pat dry.




Brighten Heal Exfoliate And Moisturize Your Skin


Mix  2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream,2 Tablespoons of Pure Honey, and 1 Tablespoon of  Organic\Apple Cider Vinegar. Apply the mixture to your cleansed face and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water followed by a cool rinse. This mask can be done twice a week.




Ginger And Mustard Foot Soak (Ginger is very good for foot odor, is also 
effective in alleviating tired, sore muscles and joints)


Mix 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Mustard Powder with 2 teaspoons of finely grated peeled fresh Ginge in a basin that fits your feet or your bathtub with enough hot water to cover the tops of your feet. Mix it  around and then put your feet in the basin. Let your feet soak for 15 minutes, swishing the water around occasionally, then rinse with warm water and pat dry.



Tea And Lemon Anti-Aging Face Mask

Boil 1 cup of White Tea, let The tea cool for bit to make a thick paste for your face mask. Pour in 1/2 cup of Green Tea Powder in a bowl , and slowly add in the White Tea until you get a thick paste. Let the paste cool. Once it's cool, use a clean popsicle stick to apply the mask on your face, leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse with cool water.




White Camillia Oil contains high levels of antioxidants to prevent free radical formation, has soothing properties to help calm sensitive skin, nutrients to nourish devitalized skin, and emollients to create a healthy complexion.


White Camillia Nut Oil For Age Spots Bright Glowing And Flawless Skin


Mix 2 drops of White Camellia Nut Oil  with 1 shot of Sake. It very hydrating and is used to fade hyper-pigmintation, and age spots. Apply the mixture to your skin after cleansing.

Natural Beauty Serums










  • Creating natural serums can be fun, healthy for our skin, and you get to experiment when using different essential oils for your skin type. I'm sharing some recipes that you can make right in your home and that you will definitely enjoy.


    Natural Eye Serums~

    For Dark Circles Anti-Aging And Wrinkles Under Eyes

    Vitamin Eye Serum-
    Mix together 1 Vitamin E capsule, 2 drops of Rosehip Oil, 1 teaspoon of Grape Seed Oil and two drops of Lavender Oil to a small bottle dark glass bottle. Mix together well. Store bottle in a cool and dark place. Apply 1 drop of the eye serum before bed 2 to 3 times a week.


    Pomegranate Eye Serum-

    Mix together 1 tablespoon of Grape Seed Oil, 1 teaspoon of Pomegranate Seed Oil, 1 teaspoon Carrot Oil and 1 teaspoon Cranberry Seed Oil in a small glass bottle .  Use 1 drop of the eye serum  to put on your finger and apply under and around your eye area at night. This can be done 3 times a week.



    Jojoba And Primrose Eye Serum-

    Mix together 2 tablespoons  of  Jojoba Oil, 1 capsule of Evening Primrose Oil,  and 10 drops of Carrot Seed Oil in a small glass bottle.  Apply under your eyes for wrinkles 2 to 3 nights a week.



  • Hazelnut Eye Serum-



    Mix together  2 tablespoons of Hazelnut Oil, 6 drops of Borage Seed Oil , 3 drops of Chamomile German Oil, and 3 drops of Carrot Oil in a glass bottle. Apply under your eyes 3 times a week at night.







    Natural Face Serums~



    Oily Skin Face Serum-


    Mix  together 1/2 ounce of Apricot Oil, 1/2 ounce of Jojoba Oil, 6 drops of Rosemary Oil,

    3 drops of Juniper Oil, and 4 drops of Neroli Oil in a glass bottle. Shake well and use after cleaning your face. Apply 2 drops to your face after washing.






    Acne Face Serum-




    Mix together 2 tablespoons of Hazelnut Oil, 2 tablespoons of Rosehip Seed Oil, 5 drops of Lavender Oil, 5 drops of Tea Tree Oil , and 5 drops of Geranium Oil in a bottle and apply 2 drops to your face after washing.





    Dry Skin Face Serum-




    Mix together 1/2 ounce of Avocado Oil, 1/2 ounce of Evening Primrose Oil, 6 drops of Geranium Oil, 3 drops of Lavender Oil, and 2 drops of German Chamomile Oil in a glass bottle, use 2 drops after cleaning your face.





    Sensitive Skin Face Serum


    Mix 1/2 ounce of Jojoba Oil, 1/2 ounce of Rosehip Seed Oil, 3 drops of Everlasting Oil,
    2 drops of German Chamomile Oil, and 6 drops Geranium Oil in a clean dark glass bottle.
    Shake well and use 2 drops after cleaning your face.




    Normal Skin Face Serum-


    Mix 1/2 of Rosehip Seed Oil, 1/4 oz of Jojoba Oil, 1/4 of Pomegranate Seed Oil, 1 
    drop of Vitamin E Oil, 10 drops of Lavender Oil, 6 drops of Roman Chamomile Oil, 
    drops of Helichrysum  Oil, and 2 drops of Carrot Seed Oil in a clean glass bottle. Apply 2 drops after washing your face.








    Make sure to use Pure Essential Oils for your serums. Shake well before using. Always store bottles in a dark and cool area. If Pregnant or nursing please check with your doctor before using oils.

    Natural Facial Cleansers For All Skin Types








                                                                   

    The Benefits Of Using Natural Facials

    Some facial cleansers in the stores will leave your skin dryed out and irritated due to the usage of synthetic ingredients. On the other hand, natural facial cleansers will remove dirt, impurities, and deep clean without stripping away moisture from our skin.




    Natural Antioxidant Facial Cleansers~

    Green Tea is filled with tons of Antioxidants, Vitamins 
    and Minerals which is very excellent for anti-aging and skin problems.  Honey is an antiseptic which kills bacteria, 
    has antibacterial properties, which helps in fighting acne and pimples. Honey reduces infection and is very effective to treat acne problems.


    Honey Facial Cleanser-

    Mix together 3 tablespoons of Pure Honey, 1/2 cup of Vegetable Glycerine, and 2 tablespoons of Liquid Castile Soap,  apply it to your face, massage for 20 seconds, then rinse with warm water.






    Revitalizing And Healing Natural Facial Cleansers~




    Citrus And Yogurt Facial Cleanser For All Skin Types-


    Blend together 1 slice of a Peeled Apple(any color), 2 tablespoons of Plain Natural Yogurt, 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil, and 1 teaspoon of Fresh Orange Juice until smooth. Apply the mixture to your face, massage gently for about 2 minutes, then rinse with warm water.





    Aloe Vera And Papaya Deep Revitalizing Facial Cleanser-


    Blend together 2 tablespoons of Aloe Vera Gel , 1 tablespoon of a Fresh Papaya , 1/2 teaspoon of Pure Honey, and 1 tablespoon of Curd, apply it to your face, leave it on for 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water.




    Aloe Vera And Honey Facial Cleanser For Dry Skin-

    Mix together 1 teaspoon of Aloe Vera Gel1 teaspoon of Pure Honey, and 1 Egg YolkApply it to your face in a circular motion, leave for 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water








    Chickpea And Milk Facial Cleanser For Combination/Oily Skin-


    Mix together 1/2 cup of Chickpea Powder, 1/2 cup of Raw Milk, and 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder. Apply the mask to your face, rubbing gently in a circular motion, leave it on for 2 minutes, then rinse with warm water.






    Grapes And Egg Facial Cleanser For Oily Skin-


    Mash up 5 or 6 Green Grapes, blend with mix 1/2 teaspoon of Fresh Lemon Juice and 1 Egg Yolk. Apply the mask to your face, leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.




    Cucumber And Yogurt Mask For Sensitive Skin-

    Blend together 1 small Cucumber, 1/2 cup of Natural Plain Yogurt, 3 tablespoons of Curd. Apply the paste to your face and massage gently, leave it on for 5 minutes and then rinse with cool water




    Honey And Apricot Acne Fighting Facial Cleanser-

    Mix together 1 cup of Plain Natural Yogurt, 2 tablespoons of  Pure Honey, 1 tablespoon of Apricot Oil, and  juice from 1 Fresh Small Orange in a clean bowl or container with a lid. Apply just enough mixture to your face, massage gently, leave it on for 4 to 5 minutes, rinse with warm water, followed by cold rinse. You can stored the rest of the mixture in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
