Want Beautiful Hands And Strong Nails Naturally?

Our hands and nails are tools for us, that's why it is important to keep them healthy.

Not only is it important to take care of your hands on the outside, also it is important to take care of your body from the inside in order to have strong and healthy nails.

Sometimes it's hard for us to keep our nails healthy. We do things such as, washing dishes, laundry and even washing our hair without protecting our nails, which causes nails to become weak and tear.

To protect our nails from breakage or damage there are a few things we should do. Below are some natural ways to keep your nails healthy, growing and strong while providing care to your hands as well:

-  Make sure to wear rubber gloves when doing dishes, laundry or washing your hair,
to protect your nails from tearing.

-  Consume foods that have plenty of Vitamins A, B, C, D and E.

-  Eat foods such as Apples, Garlic, Salmon, Tuna, Cucumbers, Nuts,
   Carrots, and Whole Grains.

-  File your nails to keep them evenly trimmed, and let your nails breathe
for a few days in between applying finger nail polish.

For nail growth it helps to rub fresh garlic on your nails for 5 minutes twice a week. You can get the smell off your hands by using a good scented soap and soaking your hands in lemon juice for 5 minutes.

Nail Soak For Nail Strengthening Nails:  Make a mixture of 8 ounces of water, a tablespoon of Aloe Vera juice, 2 ounces of lemon juice or freshly squeezed lemon. Soak your nails for 10 minutes twice a week.

Oils that strengthen, grow, and make your nails healthier are Olive Oil, Castor Oil, Almond Oil, Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Mustard Oil, Vitamin E Oil, and Vitamin A Oil. You can massage these oils on your nails and cuticles twice a day, morning and night. This also softens your cuticles and keeps your nails moist.

To exfoliate your hands you can mix together 2 teaspoons of Sea Salt and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply the mixture to your hands, scrub it for 5 minutes with your hands or a toothbrush. Rinse your hands. You can do this twice a week.

For soft and healthy looking hands mix 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil. Massage the mixture on your hands and nails. Cover your hands with either plastic bags or plastic gloves and let it stay for 15 minutes and then rinse.
