Fade Age Spots Naturally


Age Spots-Liver Spots are caused due to years of exposure to ultraviolet UV rays from the sun, also as we age, our metabolism changes and our liver can become overwhelmed with toxins. If the liver cannot get rid of the toxins in our body, age spots start to show up. 




To prevent age spots, make sure to apply sunscreen to all parts of you body before going out in the sun or using tanning beds.









Natural Recipes And Remedies To Fade Away Age Spots-






Mix together 1 teaspoon of Fresh Onion Juice with 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar, rub the solution on your age spots twice daily to fade the spots within a few weeks.





Rubbing oils such as Grape Seed, Lavender, and Frankincense Essential Oils on your age spots twice a day can  help fade away the spots.






Mix 1 tablespoon of Sugar Cane Juice with 1 mashed up Banana. Apply this on your skin, let it stay on your skin for about 30 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. This should be done every night until you see results.


Rub Aloe Vera Gel directly onto your age spots twice a day.


Mix fresh Tomato Paste with 3 teaspoons of Butter Milk. Apply this paste on your spots, leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with cold water.


Fresh Lime Juice is also effective in treating age spots. Use this twice a day, rubbing the juice on the area.


Mix 1 teaspoon of Plain Yogurt with 1 teaspoon of Pure Honey, apply the mixture to your age spots, leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse off with warm water.


Apply Fresh Lemon Juice to your age spots first and allow it to dry then add Plain Yogurt to your spots afterwards, leave it on  for 10 minutes, then rinse with cool water. Do this twice a day.


Break open a Dandelion Stem and rub the sap on the spots 2 to 3 times a day.
