Natural Scalp And Hair Treatments~



Fruity Hair Pack For Shiny And Healthier Hair-

Mix ¼ of a Cantaloupe, 1 Banana, 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil, and 2 tablespoons of Plain Yogurt. Apply the mixture to damp hair, leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.




Protein Hair Treatment-

Mix 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons of Light Sesame Oil, 2  Eggs (beaten),2 tablebspoons of Coconut Milk,
2 tablespoons of Pure Honey, and 1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil. Apply the hair treatment to your hair from roots to ends, cover your hair with a shower cap, leave the mixture in for 20 minutes, then shampoo and rinse with lukewarm water.



Brown Sugar Scalp Scrub For Oily And Clogged Scalps-


Mix together 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil, 3 Tablespoons of Organic Light Brown Sugar, and 3 drops of your favorite essential oil, Lavender, Jojoba, Tea Tree, or Peppermint, which ever you'd like. Dampen your hair, part and section the hair into 5 or 6 sections. Take 1 scoop at a time of the scrub and apply it to your scalp, massage in a circular motion,  gently and slowly for 2 minutes. Rinse well then shampoo and condition as usual. Brown Sugar exfoliates, cleans,  removes excess oil-impurities, removes dead skin cells and improves cell circulation in the scalp.


Coconut Milk Hair Condition-

Take 1 can of Pure Coconut Milk and pour the whole can on your dry hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap, leave it on your hair for half an hour or hour and rinse your hair with cold water.  Coconut Milk  helps in controlling dandruff, graying of hair and hair fall, it also helps in boosting hair growth, and  makes the hair soft.



Beer Conditioner for Hair-
Mix together 1 cup of warm Beer (Budweiser or any kind) with 1 teaspoon of Olive or Jojoba Oil, apply it  to your hair after shampooing and rinse well. The beer will give your have body, the oil will condition your hair and give it shine.



Natural Color Enhancers~


Bring out your hair color naturally without using having to use any chemicals.



Black Tea For Dark Hair And Brunettes-

Brew some tea. Let it cool. Shampoo your hair as normal and pour the Black Tea rinse through your hair. Catch the rinse with a clean container, so that you can keep pouring the rinse through your hair. Re-sinse 10 to 15 times, on the final rinse, wring your hair, and leave it in for 15 minutes before rinsing with regular water.


Lemon Juice For Blondes-

Mix together 1 Gallon of warm water with 1 tablespoon of fresh Lemon juice. After shampooing your hair, pour the rinse through your hair 10-15 times, re-rinsing with the same rinse, on the final rinse, wring your hair out, and leave the rinse in for 15 minutes before rinsing with regular water.



Beet And Carrot Juice For Red Heads-

Mix 1/2 cup of Beet juice with 1/2 cup of Carrot juice. Dampen your hair, pour the rinse over your damp hair and sit for an hour in the sun. After shampoo and condition your hair as usual.

Natural Tips For Beautiful Hands







Vaseline For Softer Hands~


Apply Vaseline on your hands and put on plastic gloves on before bed. In the morning, wash your hands with a gentle cleansing soap. Pat dry and Apply a good moisturizer.




Coffee Scrub For Softer Hand (use daily to remove Calluses)~


Take some used and cooled down Coffee Grounds, scrub the grounds into your hands, massaging for 5 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water. Apply a good moisturizer.


Yogurt and Sugar Exfoliating Hand Scrub~


Mix 1/2 cup of warm Whole Milk, 2 teaspoons of Sugar, 2 teaspoons of Plain Yogurt, and 3 drops of Lavender Essential oil. Soak your hands in the mixture for about 5 minutes, scrubbing your hands gently and massaging. Rinse, pat dry, and apply a good natural moisturizer.







To Get Rid of Age Spots~
Apply Natural Greek Yogurt (no flavors or additives) on the areas of your skin that have the age spots and leave on for about 15 minutes. Rinse it off and repeat every 2 to 3 days. In a few weeks you should see them starting to disappear.





Biotin Nail Growth Soak~

Mix together 1/2 cup of fresh Tomato Juice and 2 tablespoons of Olive oil in a bowl soak your nails for 10 minutes, then rinse with cold or lukewarm water . Tomatoes are an Excellent source of Biotin.




Anti-Aging Cranberry and Carrot Hand Soak~

Grate 1 big Carrot, pour it in a bowl, add in 1 cup of Pure Cranberry juice,  mix it together well. Let the mixture sit for 1 hour and then add in 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil. Mix the ingredients well and heat it up in the microwave for 20 seconds. Soak your hands in the mixture for 15 minutes. Rinse your hands well and apply Olive Oil.




Oatmeal Honey Egg Hand Mask To Soften and Tighten Skin~


Mix together  2 Tablespoons of Oatmeal, 1 Tablespoon of Pure Honey, and 1 Beaten Egg until it becomes a paste. Rub the paste gently over your  hands, leave it on  for 5 minutes, rinse it of with a good antibacterial hand soap, and apply a good natural moisturizer.

*Spring Facials*








Plum Face Mask For Oily Skin-

Peel 2 Plums, mash them up in a bowl, mix in 1/2 teaspoon of Pure Honey, 1 Egg Yolk, and 1 tablespoon of Buckwheat Flour. Apply the mask on your face, leave it on for 5 minutes, and rinse it off with lukewarm water.


Plum Face Mask For Normal Skin-

Peel and mash 1 Plum in a bowl, mix it with 1 teaspoon of Sour Cream, 1 teaspoon of Cornstarch. Apply the mask on your face, leave it on for 15 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water.



Plum Face Mask For Dry Skin-

Mix 1 tablespoon of Plum Juice with 1 Egg Yolk, apply the mask to your face, leave it on for 15 minutes then rinse it off with lukewarm water.



Plum Mask For Sensitive Skin-

Mix 1 tablespoon of Plum Juice with 1 tablespoon of  Dill, soak a cotton pad in the mixture and apply it to  your face. Wait till it dries, then rinse with lukewarm water. 


Plum Mask For Blemished Skin-

Boil 6 Plums, mash them up in a bowl, let the Plums cool off, mix with 1 teaspoon of Almond Oil, apply the mask to your face, leave it on for 10 minutes, and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.


Cantaloupe Softening Facial Mask For Dry Skin-

Blend together 1/4 cup of a peeled and seeded Cantaloupe with 1 tablespoon of Heavy Cream until smooth. Spread the mixture over a piece of cheesecloth and apply the cloth to your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water.


Lettuce Face Mask For Normal Skin-

Blend fresh Lettuce Leaves to make a smooth paste. Take 4 tablespoon of the Lettuce paste and pour it in a bowl. Add in 1 teaspoon of fresh Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil, 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder, mix together well. Rinse your face with lukewarm water, then apply the mask to your face, leave it on for 20 minutes, wipe off this mask with a cotton pad soaked in Rose Water, then rinse the rest off with lukewarm water.


Cherry Face Mask For Mature Skin And Wrinkles-

Mash up 1/2 a cup or 1 cup of fresh Cherries and mix with 2 tablespoons of Pure  Honey. Apply the mask on your face, apply a thicker layer on the places with wrinkles. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.


Radish And Carrot Face Mask For Oily Skin-

Mix together 1 teaspoon of Radish Juice, 1 teaspoon of Carrot Juice, 1 Egg white, and 1 tablespoon of Wheat Flour, apply it to your face, leave it on for 15 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water.



Mango Facial Mask For Wrinkles Sun Damaged Skin And A Younger Complexion-


Blend together 1/2 Mango, 1 teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and 1 tablespoon of Cornstarch until smooth. Wash your face with you regular facial soap and dry your face with a towel. Apply the mask on your face, leave it on for 20 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water.



Peach Apricot Facial Mask To Moisturize And Tone Your Skin-
Blend together 1 Peach, 2 Apricots, 3 tablespoons of Pure Honey, and 3 tablespoons Whipping Cream. Apply the mask to your face, leave it on for 30 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water.
