Natural Tips For Beautiful Hands







Vaseline For Softer Hands~


Apply Vaseline on your hands and put on plastic gloves on before bed. In the morning, wash your hands with a gentle cleansing soap. Pat dry and Apply a good moisturizer.




Coffee Scrub For Softer Hand (use daily to remove Calluses)~


Take some used and cooled down Coffee Grounds, scrub the grounds into your hands, massaging for 5 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water. Apply a good moisturizer.


Yogurt and Sugar Exfoliating Hand Scrub~


Mix 1/2 cup of warm Whole Milk, 2 teaspoons of Sugar, 2 teaspoons of Plain Yogurt, and 3 drops of Lavender Essential oil. Soak your hands in the mixture for about 5 minutes, scrubbing your hands gently and massaging. Rinse, pat dry, and apply a good natural moisturizer.







To Get Rid of Age Spots~
Apply Natural Greek Yogurt (no flavors or additives) on the areas of your skin that have the age spots and leave on for about 15 minutes. Rinse it off and repeat every 2 to 3 days. In a few weeks you should see them starting to disappear.





Biotin Nail Growth Soak~

Mix together 1/2 cup of fresh Tomato Juice and 2 tablespoons of Olive oil in a bowl soak your nails for 10 minutes, then rinse with cold or lukewarm water . Tomatoes are an Excellent source of Biotin.




Anti-Aging Cranberry and Carrot Hand Soak~

Grate 1 big Carrot, pour it in a bowl, add in 1 cup of Pure Cranberry juice,  mix it together well. Let the mixture sit for 1 hour and then add in 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil. Mix the ingredients well and heat it up in the microwave for 20 seconds. Soak your hands in the mixture for 15 minutes. Rinse your hands well and apply Olive Oil.




Oatmeal Honey Egg Hand Mask To Soften and Tighten Skin~


Mix together  2 Tablespoons of Oatmeal, 1 Tablespoon of Pure Honey, and 1 Beaten Egg until it becomes a paste. Rub the paste gently over your  hands, leave it on  for 5 minutes, rinse it of with a good antibacterial hand soap, and apply a good natural moisturizer.
