Nail Care Tips














*Nail Fungus*




Tea Tree Oil Fungal Hand Soak: Mix 1/2 of cup of warm Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, 6 drops of Tea Tree oil and 1/2 cup of warm distilled Water in a large bowl.Soak your hands 2 to 3 times a day to kill the fungus.





Oregano Fungal Nail Oil (Oregano Essential Oil is an anti-septic and fungicide):
Mix 2 drops Oregano essential oil and 1 teaspoon of Olive oil.
Rub it on your nails twice a day everyday for 3 weeks.






*Nail Growth*




Olive Oil And Lemon Soak For Nail Growth:
Mix 3 tablespoons of Olive oil and 1 tablespoon of fresh Lemon juice. Soak your nails for  10 minutes to strengthen them. Do this once a week.





Nail Hardening Scrub: 
Blend together 1 tablespoon of Olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Castor oil
1 teaspoon of honey, and 1/2 cup of Shelled Walnuts (grind the walnuts until it forms a coarse powder)Rub your hands and nails. Rinse with warm water and pat dry, use twice a week.





*Peeling Nails*



Lavender Nail Soak: 
Mix 1 tablespoon of  Hemp Seed Oil and 5 drops of Lavender Essential oil  in a small bowl. Soak  your nails for 15 minutes. Rinse well with water.




Garlic Nail Soak:

Soak your nails in 1/2  cup Garlic oil for 15 minutes daily.  The Garlic will harden your nail bed. This will help to strengthen peeling and weak nails. 




*Stained Nails*


Baking Soda And Peroxide:
Mix 1 tablespoon of  Hydrogen Peroxide with 2 1/2 tablespoons of Baking Soda until a thick paste is formed. Apply a small amount of the paste to your fingernails and allow it to sit for 3 to 4 minutes, and then rinse with water.



Lemon Juice: 
Lightly buff your (unpolished) nails and soak them for 10 minutes in fresh Lemon juice every other day.







*Dry Cuticles*


Essential Oils:
Apply Jojoba, Olive, Sweet Almond, Coconut or Vitamin E oils on your cuticles, massage it in, and leave it on without rinsing, this can be done twice daily. Or you can warm up Vegetable oil and apply it to your cuticles.
