Natural Facial Cleansers For All Skin Types

The Benefits Of Using Natural Facials

Some facial cleansers in the stores will leave your skin dryed out and irritated due to the usage of synthetic ingredients. On the other hand, natural facial cleansers will remove dirt, impurities, and deep clean without stripping away moisture from our skin.

Natural Antioxidant Facial Cleansers~

Green Tea is filled with tons of Antioxidants, Vitamins
and Minerals which is very excellent for anti-aging and skin problems. Honey is an antiseptic which kills bacteria, has antibacterial properties, which helps in fighting acne and pimples. Honey reduces infection and is very effective to treat acne problems.

Honey Facial Cleanser-

Mix together 3 tablespoons of Pure Honey, 1/2 cup of Vegetable Glycerine, and 2 tablespoons of Liquid Castile Soap, apply it to your face, massage for 20 seconds, then rinse with warm water.

Revitalizing And Healing Natural Facial Cleansers~

Citrus And Yogurt Facial Cleanser For All Skin Types-

Blend together 1 slice of a Peeled Apple(any color), 2 tablespoons of Plain Natural Yogurt, 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil, and 1 teaspoon of Fresh Orange Juice until smooth. Apply the mixture to your face, massage gently for about 2 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Aloe Vera And Papaya Deep Revitalizing Facial Cleanser-

Blend together 2 tablespoons of Aloe Vera Gel , 1 tablespoon of a Fresh Papaya , 1/2 teaspoon of Pure Honey, and 1 tablespoon of Curd, apply it to your face, leave it on for 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Aloe Vera And Honey Facial Cleanser For Dry Skin-

Mix together 1 teaspoon of Aloe Vera Gel, 1 teaspoon of Pure Honey, and 1 Egg Yolk. Apply it to your face in a circular motion, leave for 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Chickpea And Milk Facial Cleanser For Combination/Oily Skin-

Mix together 1/2 cup of Chickpea Powder, 1/2 cup of Raw Milk, and 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder. Apply the mask to your face, rubbing gently in a circular motion, leave it on for 2 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Grapes And Egg Facial Cleanser For Oily Skin-

Mash up 5 or 6 Green Grapes, blend with mix 1/2 teaspoon of Fresh Lemon Juice and 1 Egg Yolk. Apply the mask to your face, leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Cucumber And Yogurt Mask For Sensitive Skin-

Blend together 1 small Cucumber, 1/2 cup of Natural Plain Yogurt, 3 tablespoons of Curd. Apply the paste to your face and massage gently, leave it on for 5 minutes and then rinse with cool water

Honey And Apricot Acne Fighting Facial Cleanser-

Mix together 1 cup of Plain Natural Yogurt, 2 tablespoons of Pure Honey, 1 tablespoon of Apricot Oil, and juice from 1 Fresh Small Orange in a clean bowl or container with a lid. Apply just enough mixture to your face, massage gently, leave it on for 4 to 5 minutes, rinse with warm water, followed by cold rinse. You can stored the rest of the mixture in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Natural Shampoo And Conditioner Recipes

Many hair shampoos and conditioners contain a lot of synthetic ingredients that cause harm to our scalp, damage our hair and some are are even linked to cancer by having these chemicals on our bodies. It's best to stay away from shampoos containing Sulfates. Sulfates will break up dirt and buildup but they are Detergents, which can eventually dry out the scalp and hair. Using natural shampoos and conditioners will leave your hair smooth, moisturized, your scalp clean, and hair healthy naturally.

*Natural Healthy Shampoos*

Aloe Vera And Avocado Shampoo For Dry Scalp-

Mix 1/4 cup of Liquid Castile Soap, 1/4 cup of Glycerin, 1 tsp of Aloe Vera Gel, and 1 tsp Avocado Oil. Pour into a clean bottle and use as a regular shampoo.

Coconut And Lavender Shampoo-

Mix together 1/2 cup of Coconut Milk, 2/3 cup of Liquid Castile Soap, 1 tsp of Castor Oil, 1 tsp of Sweet Almond Oil and 15 drops of Lavender Oil. Pour it into a clean plastic bottle, wash and rinse well.

Jojoba And Aloe Vera Shampoo-

Mix together 1/4 cup of Distilled Water, 1/4 cup of Liquid Castile Soap, 1/4 cup of Aloe Vera Gel,

1 tsp of Glycerin, 1/4 tsp of Jojoba Oil. pour into a clean bottle. Use like a regular shampoo.

*Natural Strengthening Conditioners*

Banana And Honey Conditioner-

Mix together 1 ripe Banana, 4 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp of Glycerin
and 2 tbsp of Pure Honey in a blender until smooth. Apply it to your hair after shampooing, put on a Shower Cap, leave it on for 20 minutes, rinse with warm water, then cold.

Avocado And Mayonnaise Conditioner-

Blend together 1 small jar of Real Mayonnaise and 1/2 of an Avocado, apply it to your hair, from roots to ends, put a Shower Cap on, leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water and final rinse cold.

Avocado And Coconut Conditioner-

Mash up 1 Avocado or blend, and add in 1 cup of Coconut Milk. Apply it to your hair from roots to ends,
comb it through your hair softly, cover with a Shower Cap, leave it on 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water, final rinse cold water.
