Natural Ways To Tighten Your Skin







Get rid of sagging skin and get younger and firmer looking skin naturally!






The first step to a tighter and firmer face is to do.....

Face Massage And Neck Exercises*
Do A daily 15 minute massage with your fingertips to stimulate blood circulation to your facial muscles. Also to firm your neck skin, place fingertips on your skin near the collarbone and tilt the head forward, back and side to side. Repeat during facial massage.
Eat A Healthy Diet*
Omega-3 fatty acids stimulate healthy cell growth and tighten up your skin. Foods such as, Walnuts, Flax Seeds, Sardines, Salmon, Beef- Grass Fed, Soybeans, Shrimp, Tofu, Avocado, Fish and Olive Oil. 
Applying Shea Butter, Egg Whites, and Vitamin E Oil directly to your face and neck will make the skin stronger and firmer. When using Egg Whites, apply it to your face and neck, leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

-Coffee is a great anti-oxidant that prevents damage from free radicals and Honey can be very hydrating for the skin, while smoothing out the appearance of wrinkles, tightening and toning the skin.  Both are Excellent for skin tightening!


NATURAL FACE TIGHTENING RECIPES*

Citrus And Egg White Tightening Mask-
Mix together 1 Egg White (beaten), 2 teaspoons of Fresh Orange Juice,1/2 teaspoon of Fresh  Lemon Juice, and 3 or 4 drops of Sweet Almond Oil. Apply it to your face and neck, leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Not only will his tighten your skin, but will also help get rid of wrinkles.


Coffee And Egg White Tightening Mask-
Mix 1/4 cup of used Coffee Grounds and 1 Egg White, well, massage it gently onto your face and neck, then allow it to dry. Rinse off with warm water.


Easy Avocado Tightening Mask-
Peel an Avocado, mash the pulp thoroughly, apply it to your face, leave it on for 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water. 



Rose And Egg White Tightening Mask-
Mix 1 Egg White, 3 drops of Rose Essential Oil, and 1 drop of Lemongrass Essential Oil (great for sensitive skin) apply the mask to your face and neck. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

 Strawberry and Honey Tightening Mask-
Put 1/2 of Fresh Strawberries, 1/4 cup of Cornstarch, 1/4 of Low Fat Milk, and 1 tablespoon of Honey in a blender, mix well until you have a smooth paste. Apply the paste gently to clean face and neck, leave the mask on for 20 minutes, then rinse off with cold water.








REMEMBER... Make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients before doing a facial mask, always apply the masks to a clean face, and apply a good natural moisturizer after.
