*Make Your Own Natural Bath Salts*










Creating bath salts can be very fun. Soaking in them can be very relaxing and soothing.


Before soaking in bath salts with essential oils in them, if you have High Blood Pressure, are Pregnant or have any medical concerns consult with your Physician first.






Soothing Lavender Bath Salt~



Mix in 2 cups of Epsom Salt, 5 drops of Eucalyptus Oil and 15 drops of Lavender Oil.






Soothing Peppermint Bath Salt~



Mix 8 cups of Epsom Salt, with 4 cups of Kosher Salt, 8 tablespoons of Sweet Almond Oil, 40 drops of Peppermint Oil, 6 tablespoons of Dried Herbs - Lavender, Rose, or Calendula)






Energizing Citrus Bath Salt~



Mix 1/2 cup of Dead Sea Salt, 8 drops of Sweet Orange Oil, 4 drops of Lemon Oil, 6 drops of Tangerine Oil, and 4 drops of Grapefruit Oil.






Tension Bath Salt~



Mix 2 cups of Dead Sea Salt, 1/2 of Baking Soda, 6 drops of Bergamot Oil, 6 drops of Sweet Orange Oil, and 3 drops of Lavender Oil.







Moisturizing Coconut Bath Salt~


Mix 3 cups of Epsom Salt, 2 cups of Baking Soda, 10 drops of Coconut Oil.









-How To Create Your Bath Salts-



In a bowl, add the drops of the Essential Oils to the salt and mix them well, store it in a glass jar. Let the bath soaks sit for 24 hours before using.



-How To Use Bath Salts-



Add in 1/2 cup of the Bath Salts to warm running bath water, mix it around good to ensure that the salt has dispersed well or you can add the bath salts just before getting in the tub.
